SST’s UV LED INK CURING TECHNOLOGY

Patented AS-LED Technology
SST’s completely unique design have chips directly mounted on copper to ensure the smallest number of insulating layers between the UV LED chips and the cooling water. This minimized temperature difference between LED chips and cooling water allows for room temperature cooling for the LED curing head.

Integrated to New Press
The SST LED Curing System can be integrated into the press control through SST’s communication cables.
The power towers have 95% efficiency. The LED curing lamps are fabricated by mounting SST’s patented AS-LED modules directly on the single piece of extruded aluminum heat sink. The patented AS-LED modules are made with rod quartz lenses to minimize TIR (Total Internal Reflection) loss.
The SST LED curing lamps can have independently controlled sections.
